View from top of Sharp Haw, N. Yorkshire

Sharp Haw is only 1300 ft high but definitely punches above it’s weight when it comes to panoramic views of the surrounding country. It sits 4 miles north west of Skipton North Yorkshire and overshadows the lower- lying area known as the Aire Gap. This is a break in the Pennine chain allowing ease of access from Yorkshire to the west coast, by road, canal, and rail.
